Useful information before starting
Work in continuous round with yarn color changing.
📗 Abbreviations & meanings (US terms)
- CH = chain
- SC = single crochet
- SLST = slip stitch
- INC = Increase, 2 SC in the same stitch
- DEC = Decrease, 2 SC together
- REP * = repeat from * to * until the end of the row
Used yarn to make the pencil
- 🧶100% cotton yarn
- crochet hook 2,5 mm
- stitch marker
- stuffing
- needle
- scissors
Using this yarn, you’ll have an amigurumi pencil of height 9 cm.

| Sew the eyes and the mounth (follow the pattern below and watch the video tutorial), stuff and then crochet the last round | ||
| 26 (pink) | 6 DEC. Close with 1 SL STin the next stitch. Cut and hide the yarn. | 6 |
Work with black yarn to make the eyes.
Make a magic ring and 4 SC inside the rind. Close with 1 SL ST.
Make it two and then fix both on the pencil where do you prefer.
If you want to use the security eyes, watch the video to see where can you insert it!
Work the last round with the pink yarn. Do not cut the yarn but use it to close the hole and then sew the mounth.
💡 Use it for decoration
Fix a keyring attachment to the back of the pencil and clip it where you like best!
