- acrylic yarn
- crochet hook 3,5 mm
- scissor
- tapestry needle
- hole punch paper
- card
Schema cornice all’uncinetto

Take a sturdy cardboard and with the hole punch, drill holes along the perimeter trying to be as precise as possible.
Start from one of the corners with 2 CHs (= 1st DC) + 2 more CHs of separation and 2 DC. Separate each DC with 1 CH. Complete the last corner with 1 DC and close with 1 SL ST in the 2nd beginning CH.
Change with another color yarn. Start in one corner with 2 CHs + 2 more CHs and 2 DC. Work 2 DC and 1 CH in each CH space of the previous round. In the corner make 2 DC, 2 CHs , 2 DC and 1 CH. At the end you finish with 1 DC and close with 1 SL ST in the 2nd beginning CH.
Change again with another color yarn. Start in one corner with * 1 SC, PICOT (3 CHs and 1 SL ST in the 3rd CH from hook), 1 CH and skip 1 stitch *; repeat * until the end of the round. Close the round with 1 SL ST in the 1st SC.
If you want to decorate the frame, you can crochet a heart or a flower application like this two below:
